Shipping

What is your shipping policy?

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $500.

  • Processing Time: Each piece is made to order by our expert jewelers and is typically shipped within two weeks of placing your order. Our team will notify you once your order is ready to ship.
  • Shipping Methods: We utilize Two-Day and Overnight services. Availability may vary based on your location.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we ship exclusively to the United States.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

Return Policy: Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours after delivery. Custom made pieces and custom ring sizes are not returnable or exchangeable. The returned item must be in its original condition. Items need to be inspected before they can be accepted. If the returned item does not meet our inspection guidelines, the return will not be processed. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping. The Jewelry Guy is not responsible for any lost or stolen return packages.

  2. Provide Details: Provide your order number and reason for returning your item.
  3. Resolution: We will arrange for a shipping label, and process your return if the item passes our inspection.
